Setting up fast_align

I followed the steps mention to setup fast align in my system. However, i am facing some difficulties.
Can anyone tell me exact procedure?
Do I have to train first and then calculate alignment on my test data?
Any python based approach?

Which problem do you have exactly? What exactly do you pretend to obtain?

I am constantly receiving the below error when I am running the make command
fatal error: google/sparse_hash_map: No such file or directory
So basically I want to generate alignments for 2 sentences in english(source) and hindi(target) languages.That is I want to achieve word correspondes/mapping.
I also wish to understand what method fast_align is using to align words between two languages without having a Neural network trained to do it?
