Provide a description of the task

Enable inlineDynamicImports=true option in Rollup configurations for both ESM and UMD builds to ensure that the bundler produces a single output file. Without this option, Rollup may emit multiple chunks, which breaks the expected single-file build output.

Why? To resolve the mermaid upgrade in ckeditor5-mermaid. See ckeditor/ckeditor5-mermaid#26.
