Pasting lists from word should include list-style-type in ol tag #17415

How the feature works now and what you'd like to change?
Currently when pasting a list from word the editor will not always include the list-style-type on each ol tag.
The system should include this tag in order to more accurately replicate the structure of the pasted word text. This will remove the possibility of the generated HTML displaying different list styles if the editor and display have different css.
