Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)
- Open http://localhost:1030/tests/plugins/tableselection/manual/draganddropimage
- Open the browser's console.
- Move the image to another cell.
- Write anything in the first cell.
- Move the image back to the first cell, after the image.
- Move the image to another cell.
Expected result
Only the image is moved.
Actual result
The text is moved alongside the image.

- CKEditor version: 4.17.2
- Installed CKEditor plugins: tableselection, image
It seems that the issue is present only if the browser's console is open and only in the first cell.
