Expected result
Opens emoji panel.
Actual result
Emoji panel goes into party mode - it's closing and opening until you change the focus.
Other details
Note that the issue is reproducible when using IPad gen 8th XCODE Emulator. We need to make sure that the issue also exists on the real device.
