feat: Have an option to just watch the card instead of bidding #861

- I have searched for existing issues that already include this feature request, without success.
Describe the Feature Request
In the Buy/Bid settings of the AUTOBUYER, it is better to have the option for just watch the card instead of bidding.
Describe the Use Case
From my perspective, continuously bidding the card have a high chance of getting ban, so if the tool can help me to watch the card, I can proceed with bidding them later in the transfer target.
Actually it would perfect if the tool also can proceed with bidding in the transfer target, but I understood that it required a lot of works.
Describe Preferred Solution
Have a toggle button that allow to "watch only" in the buy/bid settings
