Added new urls based on this document from SBU (Security Service Ukraine) that lists recommendations for ISPs to block these websites "against Russian propaganda". http://inau.ua/sites/default/files/file/1801/vhidnyy_no_08_vid_11.01.2018.pdf These websites mainly belong to TV channels, including scientific channels and channels for kids. This list is likely to be blocked within governmental institutions and/or universities and schools.
