Automatically fetch message keys after verification

Looks like it doesn’t fetch them automatically and require clicking that download button.

Describe the solution you'd like

Upon completion of emoji/by key verification start fetching the message keys automatically.

If you already know Matrix and know what you have to do, the whole thing is no problem, but for new users or if you just have forgotten about it, it can be quite confusing if the messages can not be decrypted. Especially since it only affects DMs and not all rooms.
