Existing messages from ignored users are not hidden after ignoring

Describe the bug

If a spammer joins a group and there currently are no mods awake you may want to Ignore the spammer to clear up the timeline.

In this scenario the messages of the spammer are not hidden from view retroactively, but should be.

Reproduction

1. Ignore a user in a group
2. The users messages are not hidden retroactively

Expected behavior

Existing messages from the ignored user are hidden.
