fix: ReplyNotAtHook error since commit 583583b

自从 #1534 提交后，9.2.10-9.2.27 版本均无法正常使用 ReplyNotAtHook 功能
而在 f8ce919 commit 后，9.2.30 及以上版本正常可用，但是 9.2.10-9.2.27 依旧错误。
该 Pr 修复了该问题，经过测试在 9.2.10-9.2.30上均可使用
