Progress tracking #86

It may be desirable to have a simple progress tracker to estimate how much time each complex was simulated up to now. This may be a dedicated log or a separate command which parses some intermediate output files and prints the progress to stdout. I do not think the progress tracking should be live, printing progress by request may be enough.
