Basic support for MySql

Added basic support to generate MySql/MariaDB scripts. It should be straightforward to add support for more RDBMS supported by https://github.com/martinjw/dbschemareader

Added this NuGet packages:

• DatabaseSchemaReader to read the database objects
• Handlebars.Net used in the SqlGen.MySql writers for the templates
• MySql.Data

I changed the assembly version to 1.1.0.0 as this is a significant change, but its backwards compatible, the scripts for MsSql are generated in the same way as before.

Some limitations:

• Foreign Keys need to contain the string fk_ in the name, and this indexes are not generated.

To test it you can do it with this parameters, after creating the user and restoring the sakila DB from powerup\testdatabase\mysql\sakila-db:
/pn=mysql /s=localhost /d=sakila -u=sakilausr -p=Sakila123098! /o=C:\Temp\sakila\

Because when Chuck Norris does MySql he is actually doing HisSql!
