Added basic support to generate MySql/MariaDB scripts. It should be straightforward to add support for more RDBMS supported by https://github.com/martinjw/dbschemareader

I changed the assembly version to 1.1.0.0 as this is a significant change, but its backwards compatible, the scripts for MsSql are generated in the same way as before.
Some limitations:
To test it you can do it with this parameters, after creating the user and restoring the sakila DB from powerup\testdatabase\mysql\sakila-db:
/pn=mysql /s=localhost /d=sakila -u=sakilausr -p=Sakila123098! /o=C:\Temp\sakila\
Because when Chuck Norris does MySql he is actually doing HisSql!
