PRE-RELEASE

  • adds tor socks resource bumps ghost image
  • creates seperate service for metrics and updates latest ghost image
  • disable metrics port in values since its statically defined now
  • use prerelease semver tag
  • tweaks to get node port working
  • update image
  • adds bnbRpcUrl config
