Windows: Increase default stack size for CEF sample apps #3250

The CEF devtools crash (devtools window becomes blank) when inspecting a deeply nested element. This is easily reproducible on the latest pre-built cefclient by loading the following HTML and attempting to inspect the text:

The crash seems to happen when expanding the 32:nd nested div.
I have been able to reproduce this as far back as: 93.1.11 and up to latest version (97.1.7). It is not reproducible on older versions, the latest of which I have tested is 81.2.17.
This issue is not reproducible in Chrome or Chromium.
Tested on Windows 10 Pro 21H1.
