Add net5.0 to smoke tests. Fix dependency issues. (Azure#18696)

* Add net5.0 to smoke test target frameworks

* Update azure.messaging.eventhubs to 5.3.0 in smoke tests

* Remove daily version override for eventhubs in smoke test
