v0.95 - This is where the fun begins

We are working on making BC1 more robust and versatile. This work is not done. Expect fairly frequent updates and definitely let us know if things are breaking. In this release:

1. Moved consensus creation into its own script to avoid slow downs on large data sets.
2. added output path variable.
3. added resume option

v0.9 - The readings are off the charts. Over Q50. Even Master Yoda doesn't have a Midi-chlorian count that high
