Codebase refactoring in order to improve performance across platforms.

Todo:

  • Reimpl common OPFFs to reduce overhead
  • Reimpl gamemode OPFFs to reduce overhead
  • Reimpl individual character OPFFs to reduce overhead and move logic to status
