Add --lan/--proxy-host options to bind mitmproxy on 0.0.0.0 and print a reachable LAN IP (FastAPI-style). Also updates proxy help/instructions to avoid hardcoded 127.0.0.1.

Remove extra proxy host/advertise options. Without --lan, force proxy bind and instructions to 127.0.0.1; with --lan, bind 0.0.0.0 and print export commands using detected LAN IP.
