cost_regular documentation

Hi

I plan to use cost_regular for a new project.
The documentation of the signature is not very confortable. Especially in the CostAutomaton where there is no javadoc at all and variables are not very explicit to me.

Is it possible to get more documentation in that part ?

I was about to get some help.
The PDF documentation helped also a bit, despite it is weird to have to read some explanations about the API signature outside the Javadoc (maybe painful to maintain for you as well)
