Fix Cloudflare Worker Deployment Authentication

Wrangler deployment commands are failing due to authentication issues, preventing deployment of:

• WebSearch MCP Worker
• ChittyConsultant Worker

Current Status

• ⚠️ Workers not deployed to production
• 🔄 Local fallback mode working correctly
• 📊 QA tests passing for local functionality

Required Actions

• Verify wrangler authentication setup
• Deploy websearch-mcp-worker.js to websearch.chitty.cc
• Deploy chittyconsultant worker to consultant.chitty.cc
• Test deployed endpoints
• Update remote endpoint URLs in dual-mode configuration
