Automate ChitCommit session merging

Currently ChitCommit (session merging) requires manual execution of merge-sessions.sh. Should be automated to run on session close or periodically.

Current process:

• Manual execution of ~/.claude/projects/merge-sessions.sh
• Merges sessions by category (ChittyOS, ChittyChat, Evidence, General)
• ChittyLedger processes and archives automatically after merge

Enhancement request:

• Auto-trigger ChitCommit on session close
• Periodic background ChitCommit execution
• Integration with ChittyLedger for seamless archival

Technical Details:

• Script location: ~/.claude/projects/merge-sessions.sh
• Session categories: ChittyOS, ChittyChat, Evidence, General
• Target directories: ~/.claude/projects/*chittyid*
• Integration point: ChittyLedger automatic processing
