Added addSecondaryStorage API command

Thanks for the patch. Please also notice that the addSecondaryStorage command is no longer supported in ACS 4.2. |

Thanks for pointing that out. Hopefully I'll get to use ACS 4.2 in the near future, but I'm stuck with older ACS for now! |

The CloudstackApiClient class did not provide a method for the addSecondaryStorage command (http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/api/apidocs-4.0.0/root_admin/addSecondaryStorage.html). This pull request adds that command and has been tested against ACS 4.0.0
