What changed
Added MCP next-step guidance to tool results so the server now emits a concise recommended action, state summary, and readable highlights alongside structured JSON.
Why
This makes the MCP responses easier for an agent to follow after each tool call, especially in the attach/run/stopped flow.
Validation
Attempted
go test ./..., but the run was blocked by local Go cache permissions and dependency download restrictions in this environment.
