Add scale option examples for Radar Chart

It seems that the documentation for the radar chart's scale option in the page below is causing confusion to some users, by making them think that the options other than display does not exist for the radar chart's scale.

Your Proposal for Changes

Adding other options under scale for the example and also adding the link to radial linear axis page noting that radar chart uses the options stated in the page.
