I'm using charts.js demo with moment 2.22.1 from CDN.

At init or at window resizing it throws next error in console:

options.time.format is deprecated and replaced by options.time.parser.

@etimberg Can I take this up, there seems to be an issue with the sample code which uses the below code
time: { format: timeFormat, // round: 'day' tooltipFormat: 'll HH:mm' }
instead of the parser property as mentioned in this line https://github.com/chartjs/Chart.js/blob/master/src/scales/scale.time.js#L453
.I can submit a PR to correct this part in the sample code.
