annotation_interface

This is the first release of fully working annotation_interface which

• Uses the mediaRecorder API provided by web browser.
• Saves a screenshot when "Save screenshot" button is clicked.
• Saves a screenshot when any of the annotation button is clicked as well as when a comment is recorded.
• The screenshot file names has timestamp as well as the action which led to it's creation.
• Allows starting and stopping a session using the same page.
