Error on startup because First.sql is missing "OR REPLACE"

If you run clusterbuster more than once, you get an error here:

clusterbuster/sql/First.sql

Lines 7 to 12 in a47d246

	-- And then wrap an aggregate around it
	CREATE AGGREGATE public.FIRST (
	sfunc = public.first_agg,
	basetype = anyelement,
	stype = anyelement
	);

Because postgres says the aggregate function FIRST already exists (which it does). Just need to add "OR REPLACE". I will submit a PR-
