Hi everyone,
This is a first pass at a CFP for CHAOSScon NA 2018.
The core of it is copied from the LF OSS NA CFP. I already adjusted it a little bit. Feel free to make comments and suggest specific changes.
I suggest, we use this pull-request for all CFP related conversation, until it is ready and we merge it.
