Docker quickstart setup instructions should be up near the manual setup instructions #3477
Description
Right now the docker quick start is in its own section further down the navigation than the manual install method (the primary one the docs direct people to from the homepage).
These two instructions should be side by side, ideally with docker being the default method.
This task may be a little big for a first-timer or AI to handle, so not tagging as good first anything. Strongly suggest that the ideal person to work on this is someone with at least a few docs contributions already done.
