原先按 PRD D1 认为 CodeBuddyExtension/Logs 只是 CN IDE 真身的重复记录而不扫，但实测 2026-09-27 的一次真实 429 只落在插件宿主 agent 日志里，两个 IDE 的 exthost 树 0 命中，不扫就整条漏掉。新增 LogFormat::Agent 与 ScanSource::AgentLog，与两个 IDE 共用 scanIdeLogs 开关。

CodeBuddyExtension/Logs/CodeBuddyIDE/与 CN IDE 真身重复记录同一次 429」而不扫。但该结论在当前版本已不成立：实测 2026-09-27 的一次真实 429（
code=6004、「您的使用量已超出频率限制」、modelId=deepseek-v4.1-flash、conversationId=d8231a1e…）只出现在这里的插件宿主 agent 日志，两个 IDE 的 exthost 树里没有 —— 不扫就整条漏掉，账号页没有限额标记。修复
LogFormat::Agent：行首时间戳按 WorkBuddy 解析（[2026/9/27 13:27:37.109]非补零写法），事件 id / 模型线索 / 鉴权行与两个 IDE 同构，所以归因按 IDE 复用plugin_host_logs_root()与ScanSource::AgentLog（bit 5）、ScanRoots.agent_log_root；与两个 IDE 共用scanIdeLogs开关，Logs/<宿主>/<日期>/*.log逐个宿主扫、排序保证结果稳定(账号, 模型)聚合会把它们并成一条（hitCount累加），不会重复展示新增回归测试
plugin_host_agent_log_parses_uid_reset_and_model（用本机实测原文）。
