The PR description gets generated the first time around but I have not seen it updated during subsequent runs where the agent applies fixes for feedback. This might be a non issue unless we fundamentally depart from the current code changes based on a new approach taken by an agent to fix something.
Solution
Update PR description and/or title if code changes considerably. The agent should only update as needed.
