I have a problem.

I log in as administrator and create a course.
I go to course settings, it is locked and cannot be modified.

I am using version 1.11.26

I don't know how to solve it.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that someone might have changed the contents of the file app/config/course_info.conf.php, which contains this line:

$course_info_is_editable = true;

If this is set to "false" instead of "true", then it has the effect that you describe.

How this might have changed without you (a Chamilo admin) knowing is curious, but I suppose you would know why.
