support for target SciData JSON-LD #54
Description
Upon ingestion of SciData JSON-LD, sciflow checks for compound presence in MySQL and Graph database. If it is not present, a compound SciData JSON-LD is generated and ingested. The compound section of the original scidata json-ld is then substituted for the graph id of the compound SciData JSON-LD. Any scidata JSON-LD that involves that compound will also be linked to that compound SciData JSON-LD (normalized). A stringified version of the scidata json-ld is added to the MySQL database before and after normalization.
This functionality needs to be extended to support analogous target SciData JSON-LDs (in the context of the CHEMBL database, a target is a biological protein or gene target)
