Alter the file ingestion form/validator to accept .zip files as well

Currently the validator can only process a single jsonld at a time. It would be ideal if it could also accept .zip files and run the validator on each one. I believe it would be proper to try to validate a single file then immediately ingest that file before moving on to the next one.
