Hello,
I upgraded my MonkeyCode Pro subscription to MonkeyCode Ultra on October 5, 2026.
The invoice showed:
MonkeyCode Ultra: $60
Unused time on MonkeyCode Pro: -$15
Total paid: $45
The payment was completed successfully, and more than 24 hours have passed.
However, my account still shows the Basic plan and I do not have access to Ultra.
When I try to subscribe to Ultra again, I receive this error:
"Already has an active subscription for the requested plan"

It appears that the subscription/payment is active in the billing system, but my account plan has not been updated.
Please check my subscription and activate Ultra on my account.
I can provide the payment receipt/invoice if needed.
