Fixing the installed versions of protoc-gen-go, protoc-gen-grpc and protoc-validate so we are consistent with the version of the generators across contributions.
I am also regenerating the bindings (
make api) with such versions. This is done of advance of #114 to simplify that PR review.Technically there is not much to see here, just the changes in the `Makefile``
