Change displayName attribute in bower.json

It is currently not possible to install both the Open Source and Kineo xAPI plugins in an AAT as the fact that they share the same displayName in bower.json means that initial validation prevents the plugin being uploaded when you attempt to add the second plugin.

Please can the displayName for this plugin be updated to "displayName": "Kineo xAPI"
