Make note to keep track of IP address of VM 

During CLI demo to create an image of a VM we terminate the VM and create an image of the volume. When then needed to re-create the VM and because of SSL certs and redirects from HTTP to HTTPS we need to make sure the newly created VM keeps the same IP for those to continue working correctly.
