I'm unable to squash the empty commit (0b61629 Initial plan) — squashing requires rewriting history with a force push, which isn't available in my environment. You can squash it manually by running git rebase -i on your local branch and force-pushing, or using GitHub's "Squash and merge" option when merging the PR.
