This change shouldn't affect daily legacy AWS indexing, because we don't control batch size there. The default batch of 2,000 will be unchanged there. This allows setting a BATCH_SIZE in Alto for indexer testing to find a sweet spot for indexing speed.

Add an optional env var for controlling indexing batch size.
This change shouldn't affect daily legacy AWS indexing, because we don't control
batch size there. The default batch of 2,000 should be unchanged.
This patch will allow altering the BATCH_SIZE in Alto for indexer testing to find
a sweet spot for indexing speed.
Tox tests pass.
