ffmpeg seek

When ffmpeg plays HLS video links with multiple resolutions, if it tries to Seek operation, it will be stuck for a very long time. When we tested through FFplay tool, we found that Seek seems to parse all the clips once every time.

I'm a little confused: what's the issue you're running into, or the relevance to recordscreen.py? As far as I know, we're not using the seek functions of ffmpeg.
