-Added ceph-volume commands (scan simple and lvm list)
-Added ceph osd commands (reweight, metadata, safe-to-destroy)
-Updated MgrMetadata struct and function for different ceph versions (tested on Luminous, and Nautilous)
-Added ceph pg stat command
