OC Agent quick deployment guide for use with OC Web #48
Description
To make it easy for users to try out OpenCensus Web, it would be great to have quick deployment scripts.
To start, I'm thinking of having one for GKE and Google App Engine (since it provides an HTTPS endpoint easily). Those have a soft dependency on census-instrumentation/opencensus-service#510, which would make the OpenCensus agent not require an explicit project parameter when running on GCP.
