Hadgem2WRF

Hadgem2WRF comprises of a bundle of shell, cdo and ncl scripts to download and prepare Hadgem2-ES output for forcing WRF by converting to WRF intermediate files.

1. Obtains CMIP5 data
2. Uses CDO to regrid, reset calander, merge and split netcdf files into required format for NCL script
3. Had2WRF.ncl is an NCL script that takes the CDO modified output and converts it into 6 hourly wrf intermediate files

These scripts should be able to be modified to work on other CMIP 5 models.
