Update the Examples chapter

The Examples chapter now exists in the latest version of the specification: 
https://cellml-specification.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/index_sectionE.html

This has placeholders for three chapters:
- one explaining how `units` items work
- one explaining how `import` items work
- one explaining overall best practice for structure of CellML models.
