Missing amd module dependency

Hi,

First of all, thank you for this great plugin, it help us saving a lot of time when coding Dojo projects.
We are facing an issue since several times, all references to console in our Dojo module appear with Warning "Missing AMD module dependency".
It also occurs for other dependencies from browser API. I don't know if it is a limitation of NMD plugin or just a configuration problem. Did someone experience the same thing ?
