cannot start plugin, "required plugin javascript missing"

Hi,
The plugin "needs more dojo" cannot be started as IDEA says that the plugin javascript is required. However I searched for different plugins with name javascript and installed but the problem still exists. Can anyone post a direct link to which "javascript "plugin it refers to. Or could anyone just upload the jar file.

I am on windows 64 bit, intellij idea 14 community edition
