Starting Health + Armor

Any chance of something to change spawning Health and Armor?

No worries I appreciate the ideas! I may cherry-pick some of these that either seem easy to do or they scratch a particular itch for my brain. However, I'm happy to accept pull requests for implementations of others if there's stuff I'm not getting to.

Health could be fairly easy. Armor also has shard/jacket vs combat vs body types (effectively green/yellow/red in Q1), which should be handled somehow- maybe defaulting to shard/jacket and allowing a second cvar to set combat or body armor types. There are also power armor and shield, which are a whole 'nuther thing.

If you want to give just a full armor pick-up or some number of shards or like additional stimpacks, you can also use g_starting_items today.
