Ability to drop nodes to exact locations on the diagram

Currently, the nodes are being created at random locations on the diagram. The common UX experience is to have end users drang-n-droping the nodes to their preferred location on the diagram.
We need to create a drag-and-drop feature for the NodeSelector component.
