This minor patch contains two small changes:

Validated production release of BreaKmer

Prototype release

A major overhaul to the BreaKmer program with added features, functionality, documentation, etc... This release is geared towards general user-friendly updates ranging from starting the blat server as a separate function, generating reference kmers as a separate function, producing read pileup plots to visualize the reads supporting the called events, and others. The version is jumped to 0.0.7 to sync with internal program versioning.

Last prototype release

This is the last release of the prototype/alpha version of BreaKmer. The next releases will be from a whole new, refactored code base.

This release provides a couple of small fixes for bugs in parsing the sequence read header name as well as an undeclared variable utils.py
